Adnan Kraljić is an SAP consultant with over 15 years of experience in ERP implementations. His professional focus includes ERP implementation methodologies, SAP onboarding and system configurability, and the engineering of ERP implementation requirements. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the joint SSST and University of Buckingham, UK, and an MBA from Sarajevo Graduate School of Business and Henderson State University. In parallel with his consulting work, he has authored numerous research and practice-oriented papers, many of which connect real-world SAP projects with academic research, including work conducted at Ghent University. His current research interest lies in AI-based approaches to ERP requirements engineering, aiming to improve how enterprise systems are designed, implemented, and adapted in practice.
